Driven 2 Shine Auto Detailing – Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Driven 2 Shine Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both our customers and our business and to ensure efficient scheduling and service.


Booking & Deposit Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking for certain services.

  • A 10% deposit is required for In & Out Details, Full Detail packages, Deep Interior/Exterior services, and Standard Interior/Exterior services.

  • A 20% deposit is required for Ceramic Coatings and Paint Correction services.

Deposits secure your appointment date and time and are applied toward the total cost of your service.


Rescheduling Policy

Customers may reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty and retain their original deposit.
Reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will require a new deposit.

If Driven 2 Shine Auto Detailing is forced to reschedule your appointment due to weather conditions, no additional deposit will be required, and your original deposit will be honored.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of notice given.

If Driven 2 Shine Auto Detailing must cancel your appointment due to weather and there is absolutely no alternative time available to reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded.


Invoices, Estimates & Payment Terms

All invoices and estimates are due within 14 days of the issue date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, Driven 2 Shine Auto Detailing reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the outstanding balance.


Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, submitting payment, or receiving an invoice from Driven 2 Shine Auto Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
